These Terms govern your use of Outage Monitor: Power Station ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.
1. What the App is
A tool that reads the status of supported portable power stations over Bluetooth, shows it, records it, and alerts you about it, and lets you switch the station's outputs.
2. Informational; not a safety device
Readings, runtime estimates and alerts depend on your station, its firmware, your iPhone and the Bluetooth connection, and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Runtime is an estimate. Alerts can be missed if your phone is out of range, the App is closed, Bluetooth is off or notifications are disabled. Do not rely on the App to power or protect medical, life-support or safety-critical equipment, and do not use its output controls for such equipment. Always follow your station's own display, warnings and manual.
3. Output controls
Switching an output off cuts power to whatever is plugged into it. You are responsible for what you switch and when. The App never changes battery-management, charging-limit or firmware settings.
4. Pro subscription
- Pro is an auto-renewable subscription: $4.99 per month, or $29.99 per year with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices may vary by country and are shown in the App before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID's Subscriptions settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Open-source work
The App's support for the station's Bluetooth protocol is based on open-source software published under the MIT License. The notices are in the App under Settings → Licenses.
6. Trademarks
Jackery, Explorer and HomePower are trademarks of their owner and are used only to identify compatible products. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Jackery Inc.
7. Acceptable use
Use the App only with power stations you own or are authorised to use, and only for lawful purposes. Don't reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulpara Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use, including loss of power to connected equipment, or damage to any device, appliance or power station.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
